What to include in a support email

A few details up front cut the back-and-forth significantly:

  • Your organization name (visible in the dashboard URL).
  • The user-facing feedback or run ID, if your question is about a specific one.
  • Approximate timestamp (UTC) of when the issue happened.
  • Browser + OS, if the issue is in the dashboard or widget.
  • For integration issues: which provider, and a redacted screenshot of the error.

Account, billing, and data deletion

You can cancel a subscription, change plans, or update payment details from Settings → Billing in the dashboard. To close an account or delete an organization, email [email protected] from the owner's address. See the Privacy Policy for what we retain after deletion and for how long.
